The Barbers’ COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

WE ARE OPEN!

We are open and excited to be back! Like most everything right now we are operating under our “new normal” with strict policies and procedures in place to make sure our barbershops as safe as possible for both our barbers and clients. Here are a few common questions regarding our “new normal”:

1. Are you guys taking appointments?
Answer: Yes! We are taking same day appointments. For example, if you wanted to get a hair cut today you would either need to call ahead or come in to the shop to see what times are available for that day. We will not be taking appointments for future days.

2. How do I schedule an appointment?
Answer: Appointments can only be made over the phone or in person at the shop. They cannot be made online or via email. For all of the phone numbers for each of our locations head over to the Locations page on our website.

3. Are you taking walk-ins?
Answer: Our normal “walk-in and put your name on the list” process is no longer in place. You can, however, walk-in and make an appointment. There may be a time slot available when you walk in and in that case we can get taken care of right away! But that may not always be the case and you may have a short wait.

4. Are your hours the same?
Answer: Yes! M-F 9am to 8pm; Sat 9am to 6pm; Sun 10am to 5pm – However, we do strongly suggest checking our website or calling ahead to make sure that your location’s hours are not temporarily different.

5. Do you require clients to wear masks?
Answer: Yes. All clients (5yrs and older) are required under state law to wear face coverings. 6. What information do I need to give when I schedule my appointment?
Answer: When you schedule your appointment we will first ask you a few safety screening questions then take down your full name and phone number. This is so we can give you a call when we are ready for you to come in for your appointment.

7. Will I be able to wait inside and have popcorn and soda?
Answer: No. All clients are required to wait outside (socially distanced from others) or in their vehicles until we call them in for their appointment. We are also not offering popcorn or soda for the time being.

8. What are you doing to make your barbershop a safe environment?
Answer: We are so glad you asked! The health and safety of our Barbers and our Clients is our #1 priority. Every person inside our doors is required to wear a mask, our chairs are socially distanced appropriately, every work station is completely sanitized between clients, every client gets a freshly cleaned cape to wear, and every client is met at the door with hand sanitizer. The only people inside the building at any time are our Barbers and the clients getting their hair cut.

9. Can I pay with cash?
Answer: Yes, we are accepting both cash and card.

10. Is my Barber’s schedule the same?
Answer: Hard to say for sure because it varies from shop to shop. We suggest you call into the shop and ask to make sure.
